Nigerian 419 Scammers

Oh goody! I got a Nigerian 419 scam email today. I notice that I don't get as many any more. I just love messing with these idiots. This one claims to have $12.5 million of his murdered father's money hidden away and needs my help to get it out of Cote Ivory Africa. Classic letter, with just the right touch of poor English and bad use of capital letters and punctuation. And he wants to give me a whopping 35% of it. Nice.

You would think that someone who had $12.5 million laying around would be able to send his kids to a decent school to learn how to write.

Don't worry. I'm not stupid enough to give out any real info. I have special email account and fake ID that use for messing with these guys. My goal is to get them to send ME money. It has been done by others.

Two of my favorite sites about this new cyber-sport, abusing scammers:
419 Eater
Scamorama

Enjoy. I will. Keep your fingers crossed that this bozo takes my bait!

Aren't you going to be doing the same thing that you are criticizing?

No. I am not trying to rip anyone off. Instead, I waste these criminal's time and money. Plus, I am not the only one. I've reported these guys to the anti-419 board and everyone there is also making their life hell. In fact, the one that sent was already shut down because of what I did.
